Beginning to Flow, a 4 week course in studio & online

Over the course of 4 weeks, we will lay the groundwork for your yoga practice, helping to build confidence on the mat and begin your journey into yoga.

Who is the course for?

Complete beginners.

If you’ve never set foot on a yoga mat before, or if you’re coming back to yoga after a long break, this could be perfect for you!

What will the course include?

In each one hour class, we will move through a beginner friendly flowing sequence integrating key themes with meditation and movement. We will spend time breaking down key foundational movements, aiming to help you to build confidence on the mat.

We will also cover:

-Introduction to Yoga Philosophy
-Building strength and confidence in movement
-Breathing & meditation techniques
-Relaxation & Mindfulness
-Opportunities to ask questions and seek guidance.

Course Dates

8.30am Saturday 16th, 23rd, 30th September & 7th October

Online option

The course is offered online via zoom. Before every session, you will receive an email link to join via zoom 1 hour before the class start time. Every session will be recorded, so you’ll be able to join in your own time if you can’t make it to the class. We love to see you on screen, but if you’d prefer to practice with your camera off, thats fine too!

Booking Terms

Booking is for all 4 sessions, individual classes cannot be transferred or re-credited.
Course booking cancellations within 72 hours of the course starting are non-refundable.
If you cancel your place on the course 72 hours before the first class, you will be given a full refund.
