Pregnancy Yoga

Pregnancy Yoga classes are recommended from 14 weeks. Pregnancy Yoga classes are a way to connect with yourself and your baby in a supportive environment during your journey through pregnancy.

Pregnancy Yoga is designed around helping to promote a healthy lifestyle during your pregnancy. It is particularly useful for adapting to changes in your body positively, whilst helping you connect more deeply with yourself and with your baby.

The classes will focus on relaxation, gentle flowing movement, building pelvic floor strength, breath work whilst also providing a safe space to meet other mums & chat all things pregnancy. If you’re an experienced Yogi, or you’ve never stepped foot on a yoga mat before this class is for you.

If you have any concerns about joining our pregnancy classes, please consult with your GP/Midwife prior to joining.
